Mental Wellness & Addiction Recovery

Who We Serve

LEAF offers individual and group counseling, educational therapeutic classes and community wellness offerings during scheduled business hours.  If you are in crisis please call 911 or click here to see crisis resources.

We serve individuals ages 15+ who live or work in LEAF’s service area or whose children attend school in Lyons.

We focus on community-based therapy and prioritize service to clients who are unable to afford or access care elsewhere.

For individuals in need of more intensive or frequent care that we provide, we offer assessment, referral, and case management on a case-by-case basis.

2025 Mental Wellness Offerings

LEAF is proud to announce a new partnership with Krupnick Counseling Associates (KCA) in Longmont, and it comes with no strings attached. This program is completely free to anyone in our service area, regardless of insurance, Medicare, or financial situation. No barriers. Just support.

When cost, coverage, or even the fear of running into a neighbor stops someone from getting help, real harm follows. This partnership is built to remove those barriers by offering confidential, specialized care outside of Lyons, adding an important layer of privacy that matters deeply in a small, close-knit town. It’s designed to encourage people to seek help early, before a difficult moment becomes a crisis.

LEAF will fund up to eight therapy sessions per client, covering a wide scope of care including:

  • Individuals, couples, families, children, and preteens
  • LGBTQ+ and gender-affirming therapy
  • Addiction recovery
  • Trauma and grief
  • Suicidal ideation
  • Mid-life and senior transitions
