Financial assistance may be available for qualifying households in the form of direct payments to vendors, helping to cover things like:
- Rent/mortgage payments
- Utility bill assistance
- Upcoming minor medical, dental, or vision treatment
- Upcoming minor car repair
In order to apply, you will need:
- Address verification (your lease or mortgage)
- Your household bills
- Income verification
- Other information requested to help us understand your need
We are also able to connect you with partners who may be able to offer additional resources, including direct financial assistance, food assistance, behavioral health or substance abuse recovery services, financial counseling, advocacy, applying for benefits, and more.
Basic Needs & Resource Matching is available for anyone who has lived in the Greater Lyons area for 90 days or longer.
