This winter, LEAF is welcoming the community into a season of learning, reflection, and connection through its Winter Fireplace 2026 programming. Designed for all ages, the lineup supports whole-person wellbeing with offerings that blend nourishment, movement, mindfulness, and community care.

Programs include the popular Interactive Nutritional Food Workshop led by health coach Alison Marvin, which explores practical, anti-inflammatory cooking through hands-on learning and shared meals. LEAF also offers The Next Iteration of You, a small-group experience led by Licensed Professional Counselor Chris Peraro that invites participants to reflect and listen inward rather than focus on traditional New Year’s resolutions. Free weekly Qi Gong sessions provide gentle movement and stress reduction, while Being Men Together creates space for men to explore connection, integrity, and personal growth. Community health and safety are addressed through an opioid overdose response training for youth and adults, featuring free pizza, prizes, and access to naloxone kits. Rounding out the season is Equine Assisted Personal Development, offering restorative experiences with horses in a natural setting.
